* 1 recipe pre made Pecan Crust
(Got mine at Walmart)
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 16 oz cream cheese
* 15 oz pumpkin puree unsweetened
* 1 cup Sugar Substitute
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon ginger
* 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
* Prepare crust and refrigerate it while you prepare the filling. �
* In a medium bowl, beat heavy cream to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin puree and beat until no lumps remain. Add sugar substitute and beat again until no lumps remain. Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pie spice and beat until incorporated. Add whipped cream and fold in until just combined.
Transfer into the prepared pie crust. Refrigerate overnight to firm up.
