Mini goat cheese, pecan cranberry ball

Ingredients

1 log of goat cheese (chevre)

1/3 cup cranberry

1/3 cup pecans

1/4 tap salt & pepper

fresh rosemary


Chop up the pecans and cranberries


roll the goat cheese into .5 inch balls


roll them into the nut/seasoning mix.


Stick a toothpick or a small sprig of fresh rosemary in them and enjoy!
