EASY CROCKPOT WHITE CHICKEN CHILI RECIPE

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 can (15 oz ) white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz ) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can sweet corn
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
One packet white chicken chili seasoning
Half a packet ranch seasoning
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and add the white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and all the seasonings.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken breasts, shred them using two forks, and return them to the crockpot.
Stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream until the cream cheese is melted and the chili is creamy.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
