Crock Pot Ranch PorkChops

  • 1 lb Pork Chops bone-in or out

  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ tsp Pepper

  • 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix

  • 1 can 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup

  • c Beef Broth

  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp Water


  1. Season pork chops with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and pepper.

  2. In your slow cooker, mix together brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and beef broth.

  3. Add the seasoned pork chops to the slow cooker.

  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Or on high for 3-4 hours.

  5. Once cooked, transfer the pork chops to a plate.

  6. Stir cornstarch and water. In a small bowl. Then whisk this mixture into the sauce. In the slow cooker to thicken it.

  7. Serve the pork chops with the thickened gravy over mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
