Ingredients
Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Pickles
6 large pickles
12 slices of bacon
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (about 4 oz)
1 tbs ranch seasoning
Stuffed Pickles
3 slices cooked bacon
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp ranch seasonings
6 large dill pickles
Instructions:
Split large pickle in half length-wise
Using a small spoon remove the seeds from inside the pickle
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasonings in a small bowl
Pat dry each pickle by paper toweling each one
Stuff each pickle with cream cheese mixture.
Use one piece of bacon and wrap it around the pickle
Place in the air fryer in a single layer
Cook on-air fry for 12 minutes until Bacon is Crispy on the outside
For Stuffed Pickles:
Use directions same as above 1-3.
Add 3 Strips of Cooked Bacon (cut bacon into small pieces) to the cheese mixture. Or use bacon bits.
Stuff each pickle with bacon and cheese mixture.
Place in the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook on 390 for 4-5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
